NZ wineries

Matakana

This small but mighty wine growing region is full of great wine, food, wonderful characters and gorgeous scenery.  Over 28 different grapes are grown here. Including French, Italian, Spanish and even Austrian varietals. There is so much to explore and celebrate.

West Auckland

This heritage winemaking region is steeped in history with some vines dating back to the 1930s. Home to exciting boutique wineries and also some of New Zealand’s most iconic names in wine.

Waiheke Island

The island climate of Waiheke and it’s coastal terroir lends itself to creating special wine and having unique wine-tasting adventures.
Best known for it’s Syrah, Bordeux Blend and Chardonnay. 

South Auckland

From its humble beginnings in 1961, Villa Maria has become an icon in the New Zealand wine industry, remaining both 100% New Zealand

and family owned.
